Each Drone Fly Weekend is curated and hosted by an established local pilot. You’ll get to fly in some of their favourite spots, eat and drink where locals do, and connect with local culture, history and people.

Robin Hamman

The Founder of Drone Fly Weekend, Robin Hamman, is a former BBC Journalist turned Digital Strategy Consultant who is also CAA Qualified Drone Pilot living in England. An award winning photographer who has visited over 50 countries, Robin co-hosts most of our trips.

Agnieszka Hamman

With a Masters in Tourism and Travel Management, Agnieszka knows the holiday business like the back of her hand. In addition to back office support, she co-hosts our trip to her home city of Gdansk, Poland. Agnieszka speaks English, Polish, Greek and Russian.

Sigurður Helgason (Iceland)

Our hugely talented host in Iceland is Sigur who, in addition to shooting amazing aerial video of Iceland’s magical landscape, is also the owner of Iceland’s only DJI Authorised Store.

Giedra Bartas (Lithuania)

Giedra is a pilot, journalist and artist who lives and works in Kaunas. As you’ll see from Giedra’s Instagram, she’s particularly fond of waking up early to chase spectacular sunrises.
